Our approach

Understanding comes first.

Your experience is individual. A conversation about what you need is where the right support begins.

Space to explore.
Room to ask.

You may have a clear sense of what brings you here. Or you may just know that something feels difficult. The proposed starting point is a conversation: an opportunity to share a little, ask questions and discuss whether a founder’s support is appropriate for you.

You should have the information you need to make a choice — including how RTT is used, its limits, alternatives, confidentiality arrangements and practical details — before agreeing to sessions.

Rapid Transformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a branded hypnotherapy approach developed by Marisa Peer. It draws on hypnotherapy and other techniques to explore experiences, beliefs and responses connected with a present difficulty.

RTT is not cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and RTT training does not qualify a practitioner to deliver CBT. Published evidence for RTT is limited, so Untangle Within will not describe it as clinically proven or promise rapid, permanent or guaranteed results.

Practitioner qualifications, exact delivery and scope are not confirmed. Hypnosis requires informed consent and may not be suitable for everyone. Its role, risks, alternatives and suitability must be discussed if offered.

Experience is not evidence

Images, memories or ideas that arise during hypnosis should not be treated as verified facts. Exploration should avoid leading questions or claims that a hidden childhood event has been discovered as the single root cause.

A considered decision

A founder will discuss your needs and suitability with you. There is no guaranteed result or promised number of sessions. Where another kind of support is more appropriate, that should form part of the conversation.

The proposed first steps

Take it one
conversation at a time.

01

Start a conversation

Share a little about what brings you here and ask questions. This is not an assessment.

02

Assess suitability

A practitioner considers your goals, relevant circumstances and whether the work sits within their scope.

03

Agree next steps

Understand the approach, alternatives and practical details before deciding, without pressure.

A few things you might wonder

Questions,
without the pressure.

You don’t have to have it
all worked out.

There can be a place to begin, even in the not-knowing.
