Better conversations start with preparation.
A planned learning offer for HR, learning and business leaders who want practical support around difficult workplace conversations.
Confidence in
difficult conversations.
Pilot not yet available
The proposed workshop helps participants frame an uncomfortable conversation, prepare, practise in a way that respects personal choice, review what they notice and leave with a practical action plan.
Participants would be able to choose private reflection rather than paired practice. Personal disclosure would not be required, and individual answers would not be shared with an employer.
This is learning and development, not group therapy or treatment for employees’ mental-health conditions. Scope, facilitation, buyer terms and data handling remain to be approved.
Useful learning goals
Focus on preparation, communication and one realistic action—not clinical outcomes.
Privacy by design
Employers should receive only agreed attendance information and aggregate feedback.
Organisational reality
A workshop can identify pressures, but cannot repair unsafe workloads or poor management.
You don’t have to have it
all worked out.
There can be a place to begin, even in the not-knowing.
